The House of "la Dame Jeanne d'Avon"

Accommodation capacity: up to 8 adults with an additional bed in the 2nd Bedroom or on ground floor.

An authentic local house whose oldest part dates from the 17th century. Completely restored with modern comfort, it has kept its walls of a particular construction, composed of two dry stone walls, completed with dirt. The lime plaster reproduced according to traditional ensures freshness in summer and comfort in winter.  

House description:

House of 95m2 with a ground floor (main living area), with direct access to a terrace and a small garden, and, a 1st floor with 2 bedrooms (sleeping area).

Ground Floor:     A kitchen corner, fully equipped (induction cooking plates, an oven, a micro-wave, coffee machines,

cooking tools, fridge, dishes, washing dishes machine…).

A living room corner, with  a big table and chairs, a desk, TV, a sofa, a tea table,…, and a large window

allowing to access to the terrace.

Shower room (a sink, a shower, towel radiator), and, an independent toilet

Terrace: big table and chairs, parasol and barbecue + small garden

Sleeping area: 1st Bedroom, with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a cupboard

     2nd Bedroom, with 1 convertible sofa, 2 single beds (one on a mezzanine) and a small dressing cabinet.   Possibility to install an additional single bed.

                                  A shower and an independent toilet

Others equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, an iron and iron table, vacuum cleaner, internet by fiber.

Rental fee:

Weekly rental: from 635 €/week for 2-4 persons to, 735 €/week for 8 persons.

Mid-week rental (Monday 3pm to Friday 11am): from 385 € for 2-4 persons to, 465 € for 8 persons.

Long weekend rental (3 nights; Friday 4pm to Monday 11am): from 330 € for 2-4 persons to, 390 € for 8 persons.

Weekend rental (2 nights; Friday 4pm to Sunday 2pm): from 240 € for 2-4 persons to, 300 € for 8 persons.

             The rental fee is including:

• A set of bed sheets supplied every week

• Water up 500 l/day (after 0.5€/100 l)

• Power up to 30 kWh/day (after 0.15€/kWh)

• Free internet

             The rental fee is not including:

• Tourism Tax: 4.88 €/night/adult

Options :

• House cleaning, once per week or at the end of the stay: 60 € each time

• Towels supplied, on demand, once per week (2 towels per person): 4€/week/person

Or, 2 €/person for stay shorter than a week 

• Baby chair & baby bed rental: 15 €/week

• Park of the “Grand Canal” at 5 minutes on foot, allowing to get to Fontainebleau city centre (Castle, pubs and restaurants) in 15-20 minutes

• Cinema “CinéParadis” at 10 minutes on foot

• Indoor climbing hall “Karma” at 10 minutes walk

• CNSD also at 10 minutes walk

• Fontainebleau Forest at 10 to 15 minutes walk: hiking trail of "Rochers d'Avon", ~1h45, and, of "Rochers de Bouligny", ~2h
