Studio flat of 20 m2 with one main room and a shower room.

Main room : A kitchen corner fully equipped (micro-wave, washing machine, cooking plate, cooking tools, fridge, dishes…),

high table and 2 high stools.

A living room corner with a desk, TV, a convertible sofa, a storage box, a column cupboard.

Shower room with a toilet, a sink and a shower.

Others equipment: an iron and iron table, vacuum cleaner, internet access

Rental fee:

Weekly rental: 275 €/week.

Mid-week rental (Monday 3pm to Friday 11am): 165 €.

Long weekend rental (3 nights; Friday 4pm to Monday 11am): 140 €.

Weekend rental (2 nights; Friday 4pm to Sunday 2pm): 105 €.

             The rental fee is including:

• A set of bed sheets supplied every week

• Water up 100 l/day (after 0.4€/100 l)

• Power up to 10 kWh/day (after 0.1€/kWh)

• Free internet

             The rental fee is not including:

• Tourism Tax: 2.8 €/night/adult

Options :

• Apartment cleaning, once per week or at the end of the stay: 30 € each time

• Towels supplied, on demand, once per week (2 towels per person): 4€/week/person

Or, 2 €/person for stay shorter than a week 

• Baby chair & baby bed rental: 15 €/week

• Park of the “Grand Canal” at 5 minutes on foot, allowing to get to Fontainebleau city centre (Castle, pubs and restaurants) in 15-20 minutes

• Cinema “CinéParadis” at 10 minutes on foot

• Fontainebleau Forest at 10 to 15 minutes walk: hiking trail of "Rochers d'Avon", ~1h45, and, of "Rochers de Bouligny", ~2h
